Gill & Mulholland LLP is a client centred, boutique litigation firm that is highly committed to its client centred focus. Our firm represents clients with diverse litigation matters. Moreover, Gill & Mulholland LLP has 30 years of combined experience in complex commercial litigation disputes, real property litigation, collections, human rights and professional negligence. We also represent clients in front of their professional disciplinary bodies, including the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the Real Estate Counsel of Ontario and the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario.
The lawyers at Gill & Mulholland LLP are resourceful, tenacious and zealous advocates. Our team has extensive experience in court proceedings and fully appreciate that litigation can be both expensive and time consuming. As our mandate is to act in the best interest of our clients, we are aware that litigation is not always the best way to resolve disputes. Our lawyers are therefore well versed in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution. Our firm works with our clients to determine the most effective, efficient and affordable way to resolve their claims and ensures that our clients understand all options available to them when looking for an expeditious and cost-effective resolution to their problems.
Our clients consist of individuals, small to medium size business entities, real estate brokerages, brokers, agents and other professionals, all of whom are looking for hands on assistance with their legal problems. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the issues faced by our clients, anticipate potential future disputes and formulate strategic plans to protect our clients’ interests long term. Our goal is to be an integral and beneficial part of our client’s risk reduction strategies on an ongoing basis.
At Gill & Mulholland LLP we go to great lengths to make sure we understand the big picture, as well as the narrow issues at hand. After years of experience, we believe the best way to achieve this is to foster open, honest and ongoing communication with our clients.
Gill & Mulholland LLP has built strong relationships with leading professionals within both the legal and other professional industries. These relationships allow us to direct our clients to a vast network of professionals who have demonstrated that they are both experienced and trusted. This helps to minimize our clients’ guess work in finding expertise in all facets of their business and also helps to build a large resource tool for our firm.
