In every business, regardless of its nature, there exists the distasteful matter of collecting, in a timely way, contractual payments, delinquent accounts and defaulted financing obligations. 

In our experience, the longer such matters are kept in house, or left unaddressed, the more likely it is that the receivables will not be collected.
